Re: Not a price Increase Letter, A Price decrease letter!
I am certain it has been one of the most trying years, both professionally and personally for each and every one of us. Let’s hope the worst of it is now behind us, and we can all gradually focus on recovery and growth.
We took some time this past year to evaluate and concentrate on our operations, methods, and expectations; in order to find ways to best help you, our life blood, our loyal suppliers, and of course ourselves, to come out the other side of this pandemic in a mutually beneficial and strategic way.
Principally our foundations and commitments remain the same, we continue to employ experienced, skilled and qualified members of our industry. (Bob Ballantyne, John Carmody, Geraldine Godbold, and Reg Redjeb) We continue to strive to work with those suppliers, (Kreussler, Green Garmento, Mevo, Banner etc), which share our same values and objectives!
Our aim now is to strengthen relationships with those dedicated customers that have stood by us over the past 2 years, as well as looking to re-kindle relationships with those customers that may have had to move elsewhere whilst we recovered from our Fire of 2019.
The initiative to launch an ONLINE ORDERING tool was started a few years ago, but it proved to gain little traction as it was not providing enough Value at that time. Our focus this past year through our evaluations was to strive to create a tool, that would be more multifunctional and “Valuable” to you the user. Not merely a method to order.
I would like at this time, to introduce you all to our latest version of our CUSTOMER PORTAL/APP.
We will use this evolving Portal to offer you savings, information, access, and support. We hope that you will join us on this exciting new journey.

Over the coming days we will share more information on ways to gain access to better pricing solutions by not only gaining the % discounts for using and paying via the app, but individually tailored pricing structures, based on your own personal business, requirements and needs.
