Terms & Conditions
1.Introduction:
  • These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our printed poly roll services, including the provision of a free flexo plate, design creation, and other associated benefits. By purchasing printed poly roll from Clean Supply LTD, you agree to comply with these terms.
2.Free Flexo Plate and Design Creation:
  • Clean Supply ltd will design and curate a flexo plate for free. (If requested by the customer to do so.)
  • Designs created by Clean Supply are for Clean Supply’s product use only.
  • The ownership of the flexo plate and designs created by Clean Supply ltd remains the property of Clean Supply.
3.Returns and Exchanges:
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product is damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Customers must inspect the poly roll upon receipt and notify Clean Supply within 5 business days of any issues. Failure to do so will void the possibility of return or exchange.
4.Discount for App Purchases:
  • 5% discount is applicable for purchasing through our APP.
  • Clean Supply reserves the right to modify or terminate the app discount at any time, with or without notice.
5.Order Processing and Delivery:
  • Standard 10 roll minimum order required
  • Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.
  • Clean Supply Ltd will make every effort to meet the agreed-upon delivery date; however, the estimated lead time for the production of printed poly rolls is 4-6 weeks, and this timeframe could vary based on factors beyond our control.
6.Changes to Terms and Conditions:
  • Clean Supply Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or through the Clean Supply Ltd website.
