Subscription Terms & Conditions

Clean Supply Ltd - Subscription Terms & Conditions ("Clean Quids")

These terms and conditions ("T&Cs") govern your agreement with Clean Supply Ltd for a Clean Supply subscription plan. By choosing to purchase a Clean Supply subscription plan, you accept these supplementary T&Cs, which apply in addition to the General Conditions of Sale, available at: www.cleansuply.co.uk/subscription-terms

Definition of Plans

Clean Supply offers three types of subscription plans:

  • - Standard Monthly Plan £200/mo
  • - Advanced Monthly Plan £250/mo
  • - Pro Monthly Plan £300/mo

General Terms and Conditions for all Clean Supply Subscription Plans

These are monthly plans whereby a direct debit is paid, upfront, by the customer. The credit will be known as "Clean Quids", they will be uploaded to your account to spend on the app. Your direct debit will be paid on the same day as activation, it will be recurring the same date, each month.

New Subscription Contracts Term Agreements

1. Who can subscribe?
Customers must be at least 18 years old and reside in the UK.
2a. How do the payments work?
Your subscription has a fixed monthly fee, which varies depending on the selected plan. Your direct debit date is the same date as your subscription activation. Payments for subscribing, must be made upfront.
2b. There is a standard admin sign-up fee of £30. Clean Supply reserves the right to offer promotional periods at their discretion. This fee is nonrefundable.
3. Do I need a Clean Supply account to purchase a subscription?
Yes. If you don’t already have an account, you must register at www.cleansupply.co.uk before subscribing.
4. How many addresses can I list on my subscription?
You can add up to x3 delivery addresses per Clean Supply Subscription.
5. Definition of Clean quid’s
Once your subscription is activated, your direct debit will be converted to Clean Quids and added to your account. Clean Quids can be used to purchase any Clean Supply products on www.cleansupply.co.uk
Clean quid’s are:
  • - Non-refundable
  • - Non-transferable
  • - Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • - Valid for one year post-termination unless refunded by Clean Supply
6. Discounted Items
Your discounted items are plan dependant and will automatically update when you purchase a subscription. By subscribing to any Clean Supply Plan, you also benefit from a 5% discount on all other products, the price will reflect automatically.
7. What happens to the rebate system when I sign up?
Your subscription will automatically replace the rebate system on your account. Your accumulated tokens (if you have any) will be deducted on your next purchase after you’ve subscribed
8. What happens if I don’t have enough Clean quid’s to meet the minimum order size?
Clean quid’s are:
  • - Use a debit or credit card to make up the difference
  • - Accumulate Clean quid’s until you meet the minimum order requirement
9. Failed Payments
If your monthly payment fails, your plans discounted item list will freeze, until payment is made
10. Security Checks
To prevent fraud, Clean Supply may validate your personal details with third-party databases and perform credit checks. By accepting these T&Cs, you consent to these checks.
11a. Terminating Your Subscription
A 30-day notice period is required to cancel all plans. You can cancel via your online account or by calling customer service on 020 8885 6677. No refunds will be provided for payments already paid. Your Clean Quid’s will remain on your account along with the full benefits of your subscription for 30 days.
11.b If you change your mind and remain inactive, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period. To receive a full refund, you must cancel your subscription within 14 days of activation. Please note, customers will not be eligible for a refund if they have used their ‘Clean Quid’s’ to purchase any items.
11.c The £30 admin sign-up fee is non-refundable for both 14 day and 30 day notice periods.
12. Modifying your Subscription
You can change your plan at anytime via the app, head to the subscription section on your account to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
13. After Termination
After your notice period, any remaining ‘Clean quid’s’ will revert to ‘Rebate Tokens’ and will remain active in your account for one year unless refunded. If you have decided to cancel within 14 days, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days.
14. Terms of Use
Clean Supply may change these T&Cs at any time. Subscribers will be notified of changes.

Additional Conditions
Clean Supply reserves the right to restrict the rollout of subscription plans to a limited number of customers at its sole discretion.
Clean Supply also reserves the right to terminate subscriptions without notice in the event of misuse, misconduct, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
